Important info - the owner of Origin Club says that I am a liar and all the info on this page is false. He also says that he does not have anything printed about me on his site. I guess I was hallucinationg when I saw it, copied it and pasted lower on this page. The owner also wants me to know that you are not stupid, and when you read all the things on this page, you will see the truth. So, read and decide. I just report what I find and what I receive from guys.

This agency was on my Grey List for many years because of minor complaints and poor or bad business practices, then I moved them to the Black List since they have not improved their agency, and seem to have done many things for the worse.

They contacted me and whined and I had agreed to remove them from the Black List, but after seeing their banners for anastasiaweb and many links for nude and escort Russian women, I will have to keep them here until those links are removed.

They appear to have a partnership with Army-of-Brides. This is reason enough to not trust this agency.

They appear to have a partnership with anastasiaweb.com. This is a HUGE reason not to trust this agency.

They have ads for pornographic scam sites on their site. (Birds of a feather flock together.)

UPDATE - SEPT, 07 - This agency has been completely off my site for a long time. I am suddenly getting more questions about this agency. And guess what, anotehr report of something fishy.

So, here is the deal. I have no reports of direct scamming at Origin. I have several reports of strange happenings at this agency. And because I need to have this agency on one of my lists, I chose Grey, but the more I dig, the Blacker it gets. I cannot continue to move this agency from list to list. And when an agency moves from list to list, something is wrong.

UPDATE - JAN, '08 - I was looking into a site, that took me to originclub.com. I noticed they have something printed about me. Here is what originclub.com says about me...

"Another site - jimslists.com - regularly publish the names of the sites and ladies disliked by the site owner. He acts anonymously, never tells his name and writes in English with gross errors. People in forums often complain of his actions. Such a site is not trustworthy at all, especially if we deal with human lives, which he breaks without any thinking."

So, let's see. My site is trustworthy because I work alone. I call them like I see them. I think, ponder, mull and make my decisions very carefully. I realize that I affect human lives and thereofre, care a great deal about what I am doing. BUT, I have no problem with 'breaking' the lives of scammers. My name is Jim. Hey, I DO say my name. My site does not have gross English errors. There are typos because I usually type very fast. (I don't like wating my time on losers like this.) Also, he states on his site that I married a Ukrainian girl. Well, I have never been to Urkaine and I have never been married.

Why does Andrey make up these lies? Because he is Russian, so he is a pathelogical liar. He is trying to discredit me instead of making his agency good. This is pretty much the bottom line. This site is run by a liar. You cannot trust him or his site.

Here are the complaints...

A guy filled out their application form, but only enough to get registered. The ONLY information on his profile is his name and country. No, photo, age or anything else.

HE GETS 5 LETTERS EVERY DAY!!!!!!!

A guy received an introductory letter from a girl that he had already been corresponding with.

One guy feels that the video chat is being used to make money by girls that sit in the office and get paid to chat on your money. (Only this one guy's opinion.)

One guy cannot remove his name from the mailing list or delete his profile.

This is all hearsay, of course, So, simply use your own judgement.

UPDATE - JAN 10

Jim,
After reading your website, I feel I should expand your knowledge about Origin.com.  You are COMPLETELY correct about your posting.  I met a girl that worked at this agency.  Any and all girls that are under 25 are being paid what they call a "bonus" for using the video chat.  I personally know that several use this money as their sole source of income.  I saw one married girl perform oral sex on her husband because one of the men said he would pay for it.  When they recieve "gifts" from the men, such as stuffed toys, they take pictures with the animals and then give back the gift.  I could go on and on about this site.  My information is directly from one of the girls working at that agency.  I have visited Ukraine, but was not allowed to go into the agency.  If you have any questions at all about this site, please let me know.  I know so much more, but it would be too much to type.
Sincerely,
****
PS thanks for your site.  I just started using it and love it.

UPDATE - MARCH, 2010

There is no way to contact the agency unless you pay money, I put a claimer in my add to have the person who responds to start off with a certain name, and have read before  sending letter, and yet every time i add or change the profile, i get hundreds of  letters, but none with the disclaimer, so obviously the people are not even reading the  adds, to they want you to watch their video and comment, but that costs money as well

Hi,

I am a victim of this club and should have listened to you 2 years ago.  If I had I would be a lot richer today and less troubled about my own stupidity and vulnerability.  I have been victimized twice by the women on this site.  Here are things you should list on your site for all sites advertising connections with prospective brides in Russia and the Ukraine.  They do not prove scamming, at least not in the normal way, but the consistency of the modus operandi indicates a new and very subtle scam, which they can later easily deny.  Meanwhile you have lost your money and your pride.  I have learned all of these things the hard way and hope that my advice can save other unsuspecting males huge losses and broken hearts.

1. The agency moves from city to city, places ads in the paper and hires girls to appear on their site.  I believe the recycling of gifts for photographic purposes is true, here is why.  I would send the girls gifts through another agency and they would always request that I use the Origin Club for gifts.  Why would they care?

2. Over the years I have noticed that I will begin getting requests to correspond from many 20 year old women.  I am 70 : ) They are all sexy and posed provocatively.  I must ask myself, why would 100 20 year old women in Zaporizhye find a 70 year old someone they wanted to write to?  Can?t think of any?  Neither can I.  The next month I would get a similar number of letters from 20 year olds in Odessa, Nikolaev, right now it is Kharkov.....: ) Wow, a lot of desperate 20 year olds in the Ukraine, I?d say.

3.  All of these girls supposedly have college degrees, in engineering, business, etc.  Yet none of them speak English.  They list their English ability as 2 on a scale of 1 to 5, where 5 is excellent.  The ones I met could barely understand ?hello?....They are not college graduates, because anyone graduating from a decent university in Russia of the Ukraine will have a fairly good knowledge of English.

Even if they know English they will deny it so that the company translator will have to be used when you visit and write them.  I finally convinced one girl to write to me in Russian and they still charged me $4 per letter for translation : ) Go figure.

When I visited and tried to communicate with they claimed my Russian was awful and
they could not understand it.  Strange, since cab drivers, merchants and businessmen all
understood me fine : ) To me I needed no other proof that they were scamming me.

While no-one ever asked outright for money, they used the following guises to get my cash.
?Have you bought anything for your daughter from the Ukraine??  When they got
a no answer they suggest that we go shopping for her.  She will help you pick out what is
right for her.  After you buy it, she takes the bag and says, ?Thank you for this gift,? in
the store where she knows you will not put up a fight in public.  Nice scam.

Once you are in country, they want to take you on a walk, you end up going shopping and
they use their feminine wiles to get you to buy things they could never afford at home.
Of course, you realize later that you have been used, but at the time you are only doing
what comes natural to men, please the woman.  Right?

4.  None of them have passports or email.  This when compounded with the lack of English skills and an outright refusal to get internet services or try to learn English, even though you offer to pay for it all, is highly suspect.  To me it says that they are bound by contract to the agency to keep you writing and forcing you to use the agency?s outrageous fees in order to do so.

IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A PASSPORT AND REFUSE TO TRY TO GET ONE, OR MAKE UP MYRIAD EXCUSES THEY DO NOT EVER INTEND TO MARRY YOU OR COME TO THE STATES.  GIVE IT UP.

5.  They would tell me that they liked me, perhaps even loved me, but not at the level I wanted, and that it would take a long time to convince them of my seriousness.  How long?   2- 3 years.  Are you kidding me?

I personally do not believe that there is one sincere person on Origin Club?s site.  They would not let me see where they went to write to me.  Other legitimate clubs had no problem with this. They even let me use their computers to write home.  But not the Origin Club ladies.  It is all a big secret.  Why?  I showed them pictures of my bedroom where I sat to write to them. It is a very human and natural thing to be curious and sentimental about this.
