Why are all these sites on my "Hell No" List?

Based on the reports that I have received...

It APPEARS that this site/agency...

This is easy. Although these sites themselves are not scams, they have hundreds of scammer profiles. They do not care about the scammers, they do not delete the scamemr profiles. If a scam does not remove scammer profiles, they are helping the sacmmers. If they are helping the scammers, the deserve to be Black Listed.

WHY in God's name would you waste time on a Russian sites that is riddled with scammers?
