Why is "russian-scam.org" on my "Hell No" List?

Based on the reports that I have received...

It APPEARS that this site/agency...

russian-scam.org is completely automated. Nobody maintains the site. My first impressions of this site seem to be correct. It is an agency owner who made the anti-scam site and placed their banner on his site to make himself look good. 

NEWS!!! I was once accused of being Alexey Ivanoff, a Russian hacker (by an agency owner trying to cause me problems) Well, this site is registered to an Alexey Ivanoff and now he is using the same host provider (powweb) as me. I guess to make problems for me. And their email addresses don't work. And no one runs the site!! 

Don't trust this site or any site with their banner.

I will be asking agencies to stop using his banner. Bad agencies grab his banner because they are free to do so.
