After I cancelled my gold account, they tried to bill me for it anyway.  their billing company, 2CO, was very quick to respond and refund my money when I contacted them.  I have emailed wedinin several times to completely delete my account, but there has been no response, and the account still exists.  There is no way to delete it manually, although their website claims there is.

Hi Jim I tried this service for a month. I got lots of possibly serious response, but noticed that the company would never respond to the notices questions or consultations. The after the month of service ended paypal was hit again for an unauthorized payment. To top it off, the account was continued as a useless free account so was unusable except for new ladies to tease me to want to write to them. I did get one response saying that they were sorry for the error and that is would be corrected. It was not corrected and inquiries go unanswered. Due to this bad experience, I really have come to doubt if the ladies that I have met there are legitimate because I have based a minimal level of comfort in the fact that they are supposedly screening the ladies. I doubt if there is any screening taking place at all. I think this site should be black listed simply on the basis of not providing the service that they promote and for making unauthorized charges.

I totally agree with you..wedinin.com is nothing but a scam. For the first 2 weeks or so so many letters an postcards...do you think any one writes back..nope...ops one did with about a 4 word letter Now can't even make any sense out of support dept. 2 weeks ago they took my money..now I can't even log in.

After I payed for my golden membership (Paypall) on Wedinin, my membership was not changed to golden. Since I forgot my user name and password I can not log on at all.

24h support does not exist. I wrote to several E-mail...support,info,techincal and others...al @wedinin.com....witho NO replay !!

I have an update on my prior report to Wedinin.com.

The agency initially appeared to me to be legitimate, but as you know started having lots of problems shortly after I became a paid member. Following my iitial report to you, they made some believable excuses and gave me a free extra month of Gold service and a credit for the unauthorized monthly automatic renewal.  We made an agreement that I would evaluate them at the end of the month and that I would remove them from my blacklisting if they performed appropriately.  I kept my agreement and notified PayPal that my payment dispute was resolved.  PayPal apparently does have them on some type of watch list.

They failed the test even while under this scrutiny.  The site has had perpetual problems with server errors or something.  Most of the time I cannot read the supposed letters and ecards sent by beautiful women for the most part.  Even the women who apparently contact me first and already have interest do not reply.  It would appear that they are not receiving the correspondence since they expressed the initial interest!

I have made requests to tech support, the manager, the information link, a consultation section, and even the psychologist link without  response for many days.  

This is a great disappointment for me to find that I have wasted so much time with them because I had come to believe that they were legitimate.  Now I have no reason to place or recommend trust in them.  They are at best incompetent and at worst a scam agency.

You now have my full clearance to BLACKLIST  Wedinin.com as a scam Russian dating scam from my perspective.  For search purposes some email addresses are support@wedinin.com and Ksenya@wedinin.com.  That way when people google those addresses it will bring up scam information.

Paid for 3 month gold membership but they did not activate from free account.  I have sent tens of emails to every possible department without response.   I even used who is and found a number but they guy I talked to could not understand English and I got nowhere with that.    They have apparently lost their paypal account and now have other payment sources such as 2CO.

I do believe that many of the girls on the site may be legitimate but the site has tons of technical problems that go unresolved so even if the girls are legitimate it is more often than not impossible to correspond or even read their cards and letters at all.  I would give them a shot if they would communicate with me if they are having technical problems, but the lack of response for days or weeks in not acceptable.

Wedinin is either the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with on the web or scammers.  Either way, it will be almost impossible to meet you dream mate using their site.

Hi Jim

Just a little update on developtment regarding wedinin.
 After paying for membership and not getting IT, and no respond from neither of their 3-4 E-mail addreses I registered with a different name and E-mail, just to log on. In the mean time Pay Pall resolved my disput in my favor and they will try to retrive money from wedinin. A week after I registered with another name ( User: Stupid,  Password : Fool ) I recived a mail from one of those non existing E-mails : info-center@wedinin.com  ..with five girls/profils interested in me.  Just one step more ( $ ) and I can send them message.
