Gold List - outstanding agencies.
The ones I would use first in my search.
Grey List - agencies that don't
follow the set regulations (below), are affiliated with Black List
agencies or have repeated complaints against them.
Black List - agencies that
refuse to co-operate, allow unethical business to be conducted in their
organization or blatantly conduct dishonest business.
White List - all the agencies I
know of. No major complaints or infractions. These agencies must agree
to the following regulations...

Agency must have a web site.
- Agency must display street address, telephone number and email
address. (Flexible)
- Agency must NOT ask for payment (only) through a wire transfer.
- Agency must NOT advertise its girls on other sites.
- Agency must NOT have hidden costs. All costs must be displayed.
- Agency MUST allow clients to exchange contact information.
- Agency must remove known scammer profiles.
- Agency must reply to me and NOT argue with me about regulations. (If
you don't reply,
...I think the worse. So, it is for your own good. Not
mine.)
- Agency MUST have a variety of girls - not ALL beautiful girls.
- Agency must NOT steal profiles or obtain them unethically.
- Agency must NOT blame FSU offices for problems.
No List - If there is an
agency/site that is not listed, I might not know
it, it might be new or maybe I can't decide which list they belong on -
so ask me about any agency that is NOT listed on any list.
Refused List -
These are agencies that either refused to be on my White List or does
NOT care about the scammers that have on their site.
Any
agency not following these regulations will be placed on the Grey List
until such time that they do.

NEW SEARCH ENGINE
After
years of making lists, I now ave a lot of sites and agencies. Put the
name of the agency (and afterwards, if you have no results, the url)
and search 'jimslists.com'. It will tell you if the agency is listed
and what list it is on. You can click on the link to the page. If there
are no results, search the 'Web'.
